The Very Group (Skyways Campus), Liverpool

Very Group is the UK’s largest integrated digital retailer and financial services provider, and operator of very.co.uk and littlewoods.com. While transforming its head office in Liverpool, an old aircraft hangar, the group’s key objective was to create an amazing place to work and the perfect environment for collaboration. The offices span 10,000sq m across two buildings and with 3,500 colleagues across the UK, installing flooring that was able to support high footfall was key. Completing the project in just un-der six weeks so that it was ready by the end of 2020 was a major challenge. Not only were the team of four floorlayers against a tight deadline, but they also had to operate alongside various other trades working on the wider refurbishment of the office.
