This year’s ExpoTile show was a tremendous success for Tileasy, the company says, enabling it to connect with existing customers, meet new faces from across the trade and showcase a growing portfolio of products designed to make life easier for professional tilers.
Throughout the day, the Tileasy stand welcomed visitors keen to see its product developments and discuss the challenges currently facing installers. As always, one of the most valuable aspects of exhibiting at ExpoTile was the opportunity to have direct conversations with the people who use these products every day. Their feedback, insights and experiences continue to play an important role in shaping the future direction of the Tileasy range.
Among the standout products on display was the recently expanded Twister Levelling System, which reportedly generated significant interest from installers throughout the show. Already established as a levelling solution, Tileasy says the system has earned a strong reputation for delivering fast, accurate and professional results across a range of tile installations.
The latest addition of the larger 4mm and 5mm bases attracted particular attention, the company continues, with visitors welcoming the increased flexibility these new sizes bring to the range. Developed to help bolster Tileasy’s growing Landscape range, the additional bases provide installers with more options when working with larger format tiles, wider grout joints and a broader variety of outdoor project specifications.
Alongside the Twister Levelling System, visitors were able to explore several Tileasy products, including tile trims, cutting solutions, drilling accessories, lifting equipment and installation tools. The company says its Vacuum Suction Cup, new Trowels and Dry Diamond Drill Bits all attracted strong interest from professional installers looking for products that improve efficiency, accuracy and reliability on-site.
This year’s exhibition also provided an opportunity to showcase selected products from sister company Craft. As one of the UK’s leading mosaic and specialist tile suppliers, Craft Ceramics presented a selection of new ceramic and glass tile ranges to gather valuable feedback from installers, retailers and industry professionals attending the event.
The response proved extremely encouraging, Tileasy says, with visitors offering insights into current design trends, customer preferences and emerging opportunities within both residential and commercial sectors. The direct feedback received will help shape future product development and range expansion, ensuring Craft continues to bring relevant and commercially successful collections to market. Having the opportunity to engage directly with professionals who specify, sell and install tiles provided a valuable perspective that cannot always be achieved through traditional market research alone.
ExpoTile provided an excellent opportunity to showcase the breadth of products now available across both Tileasy and Craft Ceramics. By bringing together installation solutions and tile collections on a single stand, visitors were able to see how the two businesses complement one another while offering practical solutions for installers, retailers and distributors alike. The combination of professional tiling tools, accessories and carefully selected tile ranges generated strong interest throughout the day and helped create valuable conversations across multiple areas of the industry, the company reports.
Beyond the products themselves, ExpoTile once again highlighted the strength and resilience of the UK tiling industry. Despite wider economic challenges, the atmosphere throughout the venue remained positive and forward-looking. The event also provided an invaluable opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing customers, suppliers and industry partners. While digital communication remains an essential part of modern business, nothing replaces the value of meeting face-to-face.
