UltraTile offers a portfolio of adhesives and grouts designed to meet the demands of modern tiling projects. Whether working on residential renovations, commercial developments, or external living spaces, installers can rely on these products to deliver performance at every stage of the installation, the manufacturer says.
For the installation of ceramic and porcelain wall and floor tiles, ProSS Flex provides a dependable solution. The standard set adhesive has been formulated with extended workability, giving contractors more time to achieve accurate tile placement while still allowing light foot traffic after 16 hours. It’s suitable for projects where a rapid set is not required.
For a more sustainable solution, ProEco Gel reportedly combines environmental responsibility with performance. Manufactured using 30% recycled material, this gel adhesive is said to offer outstanding adhesion, flexibility and ease of application. Its S1 classification under EN 12004 makes it suitable for areas subject to slight movement and vibration, while its smooth consistency and handling characteristics make it ideal for installing large format tiles and working over underfloor heating systems, says UltraTile.
Large format tiles continue to grow in popularity, creating demand for adhesives that can support heavier installations. ProGrip FX has been specifically developed to meet this challenge. This fibre-reinforced, semi-rapid set adhesive delivers enhanced bond strength and superior non-slip performance, says the manufacturer, helping installers achieve reliable results.
Where speed is essential, ProRapid RS offers a balance of rapid curing and high performance. The polymer-modified adhesive is suitable for wet areas, underfloor heating systems and a wide range of common substrates, boasting a set time of approximately 2.5 hours.
For projects that require flexibility and movement, ProFlex SP rapid set and ProFlex SPES standard set adhesives provide S1-rated performance. Their high deformation capabilities make them particularly suitable for substrates such as timber floors and installations incorporating underfloor heating systems.
For the most demanding installations, ProFlex S2 remains the company’s ultimate flexible adhesive. Designed for use in environments such as swimming pools, plywood and chipboard overlays, and underfloor heating systems, ProFlex S2 is engineered to accommodate substantial movement while maintaining strong bond performance. Its FibreBond Technology further enhances adhesion and slip resistance.
UltraTile’s grout portfolio includes traditional cementitious grouts, flowable solutions, epoxy resin technology and brush-in products, aiming to provide a solution for every application.
ProGrout Flexible combines performance with design flexibility. Available in 14 contemporary colours, it is suitable for all tile types and can accommodate joint widths of up to 20mm. Resistant to mould growth and ready in just 12 hours, it provides a durable finish for areas exposed to movement and vibration. To ensure grout lines maintain their appearance over time, ProGrout Flexible incorporates ColourShield Technology.
For large projects, ProGrout Flowable offers a flowable consistency designed to allow installers to grout large areas while standing, helping to reduce fatigue and improve productivity. Enhanced with polymer technology, it delivers increased flexibility and a virtually impermeable finish, says UltraTile, while its drying time of just 40-50 minutes helps keep projects on schedule.
ProGrout Epoxy represents the latest introduction within the UltraTile grout range. This water-based epoxy resin grout provides stain resistance and waterproof performance, the manufacturer says, making it suitable for porcelain tiles, ceramics and glass mosaics. Usable in both wall and floor applications, it is particularly suited to environments where hygiene and cleanliness are essential, the company says.
UltraTile’s offering extends beyond internal tiling projects. For outdoor living spaces, ProPave Grout provides a decorative brush-in jointing solution that creates durable joints for external porcelain and paving installations. Available in four contemporary shades – Cosmic Black, Natural Cashmere, Storm Grey and Pebble Grey – ProPave Grout enables homeowners and contractors to create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
