Tile adhesive, grout and preparation products manufacturer Norcros Adhesives has announced the promotion of Bethan Bright to the position of regional sales manager for the Midlands and Northwest.
Bright started with Norcros as a junior office administrator on an apprenticeship scheme with Stoke-on-Trent College, and has been promoted to her current role via key account management positions, having made the move into sales within two years of joining the company. In her new role, Bright is responsible for all product groups across all customer channels and joins a team of seven regional sales managers covering the whole country.

Bright has completed her NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration, Level 3 in Customer Service and Level 3 in Sales & Marketing. She is currently studying for a Level 5 Diploma in Sales & Account Management.
