Norcros Adhesives, manufacturer of tiling adhesives, grouts and surface preparation products, has announced the appointment of Simon Poë as managing director.
Poë joined the team in November, having most recently held the role of managing director at Levolux – an Alumasc Group company. This followed a successful 20-year career at a construction products group where he held a number of senior leadership roles.
Poë brings with him a wealth of experience of working with customers across the wider building products market. He has a proven track record of leading teams and growing businesses. He holds a master’s degree in Construction Project Management and a doctorate in Green Roof Hydrology.
Poë joins Norcros Adhesives at an “exciting” time for the brand. “I have been extremely encouraged by the focus of the Norcros Adhesives team to identify and develop opportunities to continuously improve its service to customers. In such challenging macroeconomic conditions, such a proactive approach bodes well for the future of the business and I am looking forward to leading that future” he said.
