The organisers of Bologna’s Cersaie tile fair have announced the event attracted 92,352 visitors this year, along with almost 600 exhibitors across its 16 fully occupied halls.
With 48.2% of its visitors coming from abroad and 233 international exhibitors from 24 different countries, organisers say Cersaie once again proved to be a global meeting point for the ceramic surfaces and bathroom furnishings industry.
“Beyond the numbers, Cersaie 2026 was about creating value, building relationships and sharing knowledge,” the organisers continue, noting the nearly 700 journalists who attended from around the world.
This year’s edition of the show also focused keenly on the future of the industry. Students from secondary schools took part in “Lessons in Reverse,” while university graduates and students met companies during a Career Day, creating valuable opportunities for those young attendees.
The organisers conclude: “Thank you to all the exhibitors, visitors, professionals, journalists, students, speakers and partners who made these five days possible.”
Next year’s show has already been announced, to take place from 27 September to 1 October 2027.
