Minoli says it’s “truly delighted” to announce its support for the Henley Festival of 2024 and the RISE Charity as a Corporate Member sponsor. The porcelain tile supplier has attended as a guest on many occasions, it says, primarily with Italian Continental Stores, but also with Stubbings Property, Alexander James Interiors and Christopher Wren Developments. Minoli has had the opportunity to entertain guests at the same time within the festival for many years now, the company says, but for 2024 it has taken its association to the “next level”, supporting the event with Corporate Membership.
Promoted as an “exclusive, boutique, black-tie festival” this event takes place over five days, celebrating UK and International music and arts, from 10-14 July. It’s said to embrace a “vibrant programme” from pop to world music, classical to jazz, where art and gastronomy share equal billing with the stage performances.
The other side to the Henley Festival is the RISE charity, which was launched to coincide with the event’s 40th anniversary in 2022. The RISE initiative aims to “inspire and support the next generation of talented performers and technicians hoping to work in the creative arts industry”.
Providing paid opportunities for emerging, up-and-coming musicians, comedians and visual artists, the organisation also supports young backstage staff through work experience placements with lighting and sound companies, and marketing and PR firms.
This year’s line-up includes headline acts such as Nicole Scherzinger, Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics, Gladys Knight, the Ministry of Sound’s Ibiza Anthems with Ellie Sax, Nigel Kennedy and Sam Ryder, among many others.
“With Minoli being headquartered in Oxfordshire,” the company concludes, “we’re proud to be associated with one of the county’s premier events at Henley-On-Thames, in the heart of the Chilterns, and to support the important objectives of the RISE charity.”
