Leah Morrell is taking on a new role at LTP after three and a half years’ with the Somerset-based company. In her new position, Leah will combine office-based customer support with a new sales role in the South West region, boosting the firm’s six-strong sales team, says the company.
Leah joined LTP in September 2021, as part of its new apprenticeship programme. She successfully completed an 18-month Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship spanning all aspects of the firm’s business, including the retail counter, office administration and technical training. Since completing the programme, she has been actively involved in technical support, working more closely with the firm’s growing contract customer base.
LTP director, Mark Atkins commented, “Since joining us three and a half years’ ago, Leah has really impressed us with her commitment and enthusiasm and we’re proud to be able to support her, as she moves into a new role.”
LTP supplies sealing, cleaning and maintenance products to over 700 stockists throughout the UK and Ireland and also exports to countries including Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, Ireland, Romania, Spain and the UAE. As well as LTP and ECOPROTEC branded solutions, it also develops customer own-branded products, with turnover increasing by over 300% in the last three years.
