Following on from our interview with Folex in last month’s edition, Daniela Ferriol has shared her experience working at the company:
“It is an honour for me to work alongside my father, whom I greatly admire. A tireless worker, entirely dedicated to the company and to our family, he instilled in us from a very young age the value of effort and discipline. He emphasized dedication to what you believe in, perseverance, and the hard work required to do things better and striving to be the best, not just another face in the crowd.
“While pursuing my law studies, I joined the company starting at the Export Department, initially dealing with some of our European customers. After a while, I took on direct responsibility for national and international accounts to gain greater control over their management and development for the company.
“Sharing the current economic situation, the external conflicts affecting our markets, and exchanging perspectives on the present and immediate future with my father is a fundamental part of my daily routine. I am aware about the fact that I am facing a great challenge, where the bar is set very high, but I am doing so with the confidence and peace of mind that comes from having the best mentor I could ask for. I know the road won’t be easy, but I am embarking on it with the greatest enthusiasm.
