Florim appoints Beatrice Lucchese as new chief executive officer

Florim has appointed Beatrice Lucchese as chief executive officer of the company. The appointment was made by the board of directors in May and is said to mark “a significant step in the group’s path of evolution and entrepreneurial continuity, formally introducing the third generation of the Lucchese family into the leadership of Florim”.

A member of Florim’s board of directors since 2021, she joined the company operationally in 2022 as technical sales engineer, later taking on roles of increasing responsibility up to chief commercial officer and project director.

“I am confident that my niece Beatrice will lead Florim with enthusiasm, expertise and determination,” said chairman Claudio Lucchese. “Over the years, she has combined vision, listening skills and a deep understanding of the company, building a solid path within the group. Her appointment represents an important step in Florim’s continuity journey, with a strong focus on the future and new generations.”
