The UK’s leading electric underfloor heating suppliers, Amber Underfloor Heating, have announced Simon Whittaker as their newly appointed National Sales Manager.
Simon Whittaker began his journey at Amber Underfloor Heating in January 2020 as an Account Manager, supporting and developing their network of retailers and distributers in the south of the UK.
After four years in the role, Simon has now been promoted to National Sales Manager and will oversee the complete network of Amber Underfloor Heating retailers and distributers across the nation.
“I’m thrilled with this opportunity and excited to begin building even stronger relationships with all our clients, especially those I’ve yet to work closely with. I’m looking forward to supporting them however we can, whether it be at a dedicated trade event, product training or simply over a cup of tea!” says Simon.
Simon’s new role will see him supporting both new and existing stockists throughout the UK and overseeing sales of Amber’s underfloor heating products to their customers.
Simon’s promotion is part of a wider plan to grow Amber’s internal and external sales and customer support teams and increase coverage across the Midlands and the North, whilst continuing to sustain existing relationships in the South.
As National Sales Manager, Simon will support the sales team at Amber and ensure a dedicated team member is always available whenever a stockist or retailer needs support.

Simon has already begun his new role and is in the process of introducing himself to all of Amber’s stockists and retailers from Cornwall to Scotland.
As well as his national responsibilities, he will continue to personally support both new and existing Amber retailers in the south of the UK and Ireland.
Amber Underfloor Heating supply electric underfloor heating to the retail sector through a network of stockists, including wholesalers, distributers and kitchen, bathroom and tile showrooms.
