UltraTile “changes the future” of tiling

UltraTile says it’s known within the tiling industry for manufacturing innovative, reliable, and high-performance adhesives and grouts, but that contractors may be less aware of its impressive environmental credentials.

For example, the company’s latest product launch, ProLevel Ultimate, incorporates its proprietary Envirobead technology.

UltraTile’s team of in-house development chemists has worked hard to source what the company calls the optimum raw material to create this Envirobead technology. This innovation is said to enhance application and boasts “unrivalled” flow properties of the ProLevel Ultimate smoothing underlayment.

What’s more, by utilising Envirobead technology in its formulation, UltraTile is pleased to announce that every bag of ProLevel Ultimate contains 20% recycled material – helping to reduce landfill waste.

In addition to this, all five litre bottles are now sold in recycled packaging that is also fully recyclable.
The company’s sustainability commitments do not end with its product range. UltraTile’s products are manufactured at its production facility in Tamworth, which now includes 3,707sqm of solar panels, and are delivered to its network of distributors on the company’s private fleet, 6% of which runs on compressed natural gas.

UltraTile also provides its customers with a pallet recycling scheme – an initiative which has reportedly resulted in its drivers collecting 28,466 unwanted pallets since October 2021. That’s 366 tonnes of wood being recycled, which the company says has saved around 3,558 trees.
