SkillBuild, the UK’s national multi-trade skills competition for construction trainees and apprentices, has announced the top 8 finalists for each category who will go to the event’s finals in November.
Delivered by the CITB, SkillBuild is said to be the largest and longest-running competition of its kind in the UK. Having succeeded in their regional qualifiers, the SkillBuild National Finalists will next be competing at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes from 21-23 November 2023.
In the Wall and Floor Tiling Category, the finalists are:
- Conor Braniff – Southern Regional College
- Patryk Niedoba – Southern Regional College
- Steven Andrews – City of Glasgow College
- Timothy Gilmore – North West Regional College
- Andrew Bell – City of Glasgow College
- Aram Elbadian – Cardiff and Vale College
- Sam Cowgill – M C Tiling (Leeds College of Building)
- Marshall Winder – Preston College
