National Homebuilding & Renovating Show to emphasise energy efficiency

The National Homebuilding & Renovating Show (23-26 March 2023, NEC, Birmingham) is showcasing what the organisers say is a “packed programme of free seminars and masterclasses from the largest cast of building, construction, property, architectural, design and eco experts under one roof that will enable tradespeople to get ahead of the competition with the newest solutions in energy efficiency technologies, building systems and products as well as be up-to-date with the latest planning and building regulations”.

The show reportedly features hundreds of exhibitors and property experts on hand in one place as well as industry specialists from professional associations including the Federation of Master Builders.
Trade visitors will be able to learn more about innovations in efficient heat pumps, infra-red radiators, solar panels, and whole ventilation systems, and understand the pros and cons of different building and construction systems on the market, the show’s organisers say.

Michael Holmes, property expert for the Homebuilding & Renovating Show, said: “By spending a few hours at the show, trades will be able to pick up some great ideas for their projects and arm themselves with an in-depth understanding to answer any questions their customers throw at them. With new regulations driving change and customers keen to fight back against rising fuel costs, the show’s leading manufacturers, specialists and experts will be able to help trades get ahead of the competition and establish a supplier network that will help them control costs, save time, and accelerate their knowledge to place them at the top of their game.”
