The Green Future Index 2022

Italy. Iris Ceramica Group announced that it has partnered with MIT Technology Review to publish The Green Future Index 2022, a prestigious project that aligns with the company’s commitment to building a more sustainable world.
MIT Technology Review is one of the most popular magazines in terms of innovation and technology at international level. It was founded in 1899 by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, the top academic institution in the world.

The Green Future Index ranks 76 countries and territories based on their efforts to reduce carbon emissions, develop clean energy, and innovate in green sectors. Now at its second edition, the study measures the degree to which these economies are pivoting toward clean energy, industry, agriculture, and society through investment in renewables, innovation, and green finance.

The partnership with MIT Technology Review highlights Iris Ceramica Group’s commitment to making manufacturing more sustainable through research and development. The company is known for ecologically-innovative ceramic surfaces and has committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2050.
