Quality Freight Services have a dedicated team just for the tile and stone industry. Kelly English joined QFS in 2016 and has taken the all-female tile department from strength-to-strength.
Based in West Yorkshire, with key supplier partners throughout the UK, Quality Freight can supply rates for all import needs and provide a true door to door service with all the tricky parts in between covered too.
Kelly and her team are fully aware that nothing is straight forward anymore in this lovely world of freight and that their customers fight for the orders from their customers; then fight for the stock from the factories and then the final part of the import chain is delayed because of issues out of anyone’s control other than the Gods that are shipping lines!
The struggle of working with shipping lines right now is very real, but don’t worry, Quality Freight are there to try and shield you from dealing with shipping lines and hopefully absorbing some of your headache for you. They put in the hours, days and weeks needed making sure their customer’s experience is largely a positive one.
