BAL, a manufacturer of full tiling solutions, is pleased to introduce its improved BAL Rapid-Mat thin uncoupling mat – now in white.
This latest development provides the same performance installers rely on for tiling onto problematic substrates with movement, the company says, with additional improvements aimed to make every installation smoother and more efficient.
The move to a white mat – with red gridlines and markings – provides enhanced visibility for setting out plus easier to see wetting out of the adhesive, helping installers easily confirm full coverage during installation.
Add to this the improved roll-out and mat stability, the company says, and you’ve got a system designed to speed up workflow without compromising reliability.
The updated mat colour also delivers a 2.5% CO₂ reduction in the production of the non-woven fleece.
