TTA is pleased to launch a new Domestic Technical Support Service, which complements its existing Technical Inspection service.
The new Domestic Technical Support Service offers lower-cost support and advice on domestic installations measuring up to 50sqm. This service is available to both TTA members and non-members and is offered to TTA members free of charge as a member benefit.
Use of this service requires completion of an online form, where you will be able to add a short summary of your issues and up to six photos. An email response taking into account British Standards and best practice will follow from TTA’s technical and training manager, Martin Pouncey. Please note that all responses given will only be based on the information and photos submitted in your original enquiry. If a more in-depth technical inspection is required, the cost of the Domestic Technical Support Service will be offset against it.
As a trade association, TTA can provide a completely impartial view, only quoting from British Standards and Best Practices. TTA operates a Primary Authority for tiling in partnership with Trading Standards, helping to ensure work is compliant at all times.
