“We need each other more than ever,” says Porcelanosa

March 2020

The following tile-related Coronavirus missive comes from Porcelanosa.

“We are experiencing one of the most extraordinary periods in our history, and so we need each other more than ever. In view of the COVID-19 health crisis, we have followed each and every one of the measures laid down by the Ministry of Health to protect the health of our employees, suppliers and customers. It is time to look after ourselves so we can look after others. We need each other more than ever.”

“For this reason, PORCELANOSA Group has closed its stores and will halt production from 28th March until further notice. It is a difficult but necessary measure in view of the current circumstances, and it demonstrates the commitment of our eight companies to flatten the curve of COVID-19.”

“It’s time to pitch in, take responsibility and work together. We have witnessed this every day in hospitals, in stores and by companies which have made their goods and services available to the Government, as well as all the citizen initiatives which show that we are a united, strong and optimistic country.”

“PORCELANOSA Group wants to say thank you for the hard work and dedication shown by our employees and all the healthcare professionals working with dedication, courage and bravery to put an end to this pandemic. Not forgetting everyone staying at home, adhering to instructions and doing their bit as citizens. Thank you everyone.”

“We will continue to think up new solutions in design, innovation and quality to improve your day to day, and we will be by your side through our official channels to offer help wherever needed.”

“Even little steps can make a big difference. #StayAtHome”
