Bloom Star decorates ADI Design Index 2020

June 2021

The Bloom Star design from FAP Ceramiche has been selected by the ADI Permanent Design Observatory for publication in the ADI Design Index 2020.  Bloom Star is the largest white-body wall tile with a three-dimensional decoration.  The brand-new 800 by 1,600mm format offers a seamless look to the spaces; creates wall designs with surprising graphics, and, above all, the fewest possible joints.

Because of the white body, Bloom Star slabs are light, easy to cut and perforate, and also easy to handle.  Inspired by hand-crafted techniques, Bloom Star creates beautiful walls with a cosy allure and a distinctive contrast between light and shade. The large size accentuates this pleasant illusion, the chiaroscuro effects, and the reflection of light.
