Every stage covered with Mapei UltraCare

Mapei’s UltraCare range provides solutions for the complete tile lifecycle, the company says, from protectors, routine and deep cleaners, to targeted stain removers. Throughout the series, solutions are offered for all tile types – from acid-sensitive limestone to external porcelain pavers – in domestic to commercial environments.

Each treatment is also supported by individual Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and the range includes products from Mapei UK’s Zero Line, with CO2 fully offset in the entire life-cycle.
Each of the company’s UltraCare protectors is formulated to suit individual material characteristics and to offer a specific solution, says Mapei. Water-based treatments include UltraCare Grout Release for pre-installation protection; natural-effect UltraCare Stain Protector W Plus; colour-enhancing UltraCare Intensifier W, mould-resistant UltraCare Deep Protector and UltraCare Grout Protector.

For daily and deep cleaning, UltraCare Multicleaner Zero is a versatile and highly concentrated pH-neutral solution that can be used at different dilutions. At a low 1:30 dilution, it can be used to remove cementitious residues and to deep clean natural stone, whilst a 1:200 dilution is used for daily non-rinse, streak-free cleaning.

Stubborn wax and greasy deposits, fixing residues and rust can be difficult to remove from tiles and stone, especially as many natural tiles are sensitive to acids. The UltraCare range includes seven additional products to tackle these issues: UltraCare Acid Cleaner Zero, UltraCare Keranet Zero, UltraCare Rust Remover, UltraCare Stain Remover Zero, UltraCare Acid Cleaner and UltraCare Keranet, as well as Keranet Easy ready-to-use spray.
