Kerakoll, a provider of products and services for the building industry, has announced the appointment of Martina Colombara to the position of group chief people officer.
In her new role, she will be answering directly to Group CEO, Marco Zini, and will be guiding Kerakoll’s global strategies in human resources and organisation, thus becoming part of the group executive leadership team.
Colombara’s contribution will have a decisive role to play in strengthening a corporate culture focused on participation, accountability and innovation, in a group operating on three continents and directly or indirectly employing 2,450 people.
Martina Colombara’s professional career has developed in a number of important Italian and multinational companies.
