Reborn: The line connecting past and future
One of Portugal’s leading ceramic wall and floor tile manufacturers, Revigrés will be at Cersaie 2025 to introduce REBORN Book II, a concept inspired by the “reinvention of natural materials”.
Using the latest 3D digital printing technology, the company says the graphics and reliefs of the new collections converge perfectly to create the essence of the materials that inspire them in an ultra-realistic manner.
The result is said to be products with a very natural and realistic design that reproduce the visual and material sensation of stone and cement – reinterpreting them with a modern eye.
Blend, the industrial and urban cement
This collection aims to reflect the modern trend of architecture, combining the robustness of cement with sophisticated, sustainable and versatile aesthetics.
Available in four colours, each with slight variations in shade and texture: the cool shades – Offwhite and Fog – are said to highlight a timeless industrial style, while warm shades – Mint and Desert – seek to balance natural and urban environments.
Tuscany Classic, the organic stone
Inspired by the beauty of travertine crosscut, Tuscany Classic “reveals the irregular and random organic patterns of time”.
Available in Ivory and Sand colours, the surface is said to be rich in natural nuances ranging from soft beige to intense gold. “Its timeless and classical style allows space to express itself freely,” says the company, “combining elegance and nobility with a strong connection to nature.”
Both collections are available in matt finishes, in 90x90cm, 60x120cm, 120x120cm and the large format 120x278cm, with 6mm thickness.
Revigrés Tech 20mm
The company’s Tech 20mm will also be exhibited at Cersaie – this technology is suitable for gardens, parks, terraces and private or heavy-duty public spaces.
Described as easy and quick to apply and maintain, the product is a versatile, eco-friendly and removable/reusable product.
This technical solution also reportedly offers high resistance to mechanical and chemical stress and to UV radiation – which makes it unalterable with the passage of time – alongside resistance to wide variations in temperature, combustion and fire.
The product is now available with more aesthetic effects and new colours: in the Lavastone, Urban, Blend and Limestone collections, and in sizes 120×120 cm, 60×120 cm, 90×90 cm and 60x60cm.
Thanks to the high strength, unalterable appearance and durability of porcelain tiles, Revigrés says its REBORN collections are compatible with many sustainable construction models and solutions. Furthermore, by reproducing the effect of natural materials, they aim to prevent over-exploitation of these resources.
The products also have Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), which help to improve buildings’ ratings in various international environmental certification systems, including BREEAM and LEED.
On the track of sustainability
The all new REBORN collections mean that Revigrés is one step further in an innovative process in which it intends to continue to stand out and to help to meet the goals of carbon neutrality, by promoting the circular economy, fostering the energy transition and the modernisation of the ceramics and construction industries in Portugal and Europe.
Recently, Revigrés has been awarded the ISO 50001 certification for its Energy Management System by APCER, reportedly becoming the only Portuguese company in the ceramic sector to hold five integrated certifications: Quality; Environment; Social Accountability; Research, Development & Innovation and Energy.
This achievement reinforces Revigrés’s Environmental Policy and is said to mark an important milestone in its progress.
