Vitrex, a brand of QEP, has launched the Pro Trowel Cleaner, designed to help professionals keep their trowels in tip top condition after a hard day’s tiling.
Tiling can be a mucky business and cleaning up after a long day spreading adhesive, fixing and grouting can leave even the most hardened professional feeling a little jaded. When it comes to cleaning down tools, Vitrex says it has just made that task a little easier with the launch of the PTC001 Vitrex Xtreme Pro Series Pro Trowel Cleaner.
The Pro Trowel Cleaner is said to make short work of cleaning down trowels and other thin bladed tools thanks to its dual function. What’s more, it’s also safe to use, reducing the chance of annoying and painful nicks and cuts.
An integrated scraper on both sides of its ABS plastic construction has been designed to maximise removal of excess adhesive, while the stiff nylon scraper bristles agitate any material and leave trowels looking shiny and ready to use again. With sharp edges contained within the unit during use, Vitrex says, the Pro Trowel Cleaner is easy and efficient to use.
