Defined by minimalist yet eclectic elegance, Grace is brought to life through “fine details and the interplay of warm and cool tones”. This is the essence of Grace, a new collection from Ceramiche Keope designed to capture the charm of Saint Antoine d’Auberoche limestone. This limestone, with hues ranging from Havana to warm beige and grey, has been used since ancient times and was very popular in 19th-century Europe.
Grace’s graphics are said to bring out the fine grain and textural details of the stone, highlighting the constant research and innovation that define Keope. Available in a wide range of options, the collection is suitable for both indoor or outdoor applications, whether in residential, commercial and public settings.
Grace’s limestone appears understated and uniform from a distance, but up close, it reveals a “fascinating richness in detail,” the company says, thanks to contrasting grains of sand and small fossils. The colour palette includes neutral tones that are said to integrate gracefully and seamlessly into any décor. In particular, three tonal pairs define the collection’s palette: the earthy greys of Grey and Clay, the neutral greys of Silver and Iron and the warm tones of Ivory and Beige.
Each pair features two colour intensities: one light and luminous, the other deeper and more pronounced. At the heart of the palette is White, with its “pure, essential” style, as well as the coolest shade in the collection that harmonises with all the others.
Spazzolato R10, available in all colours and in sizes ranging from 30x60cm to 120x120cm, gives the product a natural look with a matte finish that is soft to the touch. For areas where greater slip resistance is needed, the collection expands its range of possible applications with the Structured R11 surfaces, available in all colours, in sizes 60x60cm and 60x120cm, and in both 9mm and 20mm thicknesses.
Keope’s outdoor finish is distinguished by its easy cleaning and maintenance and its long-lasting technical and aesthetic performance in all environmental conditions, the company says. The large 120x278cm slab in 6mm thickness is available in the softer Natural R9 finish with a matte texture.
Grace also features a collection of decorations that add personality to spaces and adapt to a variety of architectural and interior design styles. Standing out among them all, according to Keope, is Weave: a decoration inspired by Art Deco textures, featuring lines that intertwine to form a geometric, fabric-like pattern. The effect is designed to mimic light engraving on natural stone, sometimes more pronounced and sometimes more delicate, creating a play of tone-on-tone transparencies that blend the colours of the collection in pairs. It is available in the 60x120cm size, with R10 finish, making it suitable for both floor and wall applications.
The pattern is designed for seamless installation, much like wallpaper, minimising joints and creating uninterrupted, continuous surfaces. Grace’s versatility makes it suited to contemporary spaces, adapting to a range of interior design projects. Its finely balanced graphics and innate class make it easy to pair with a variety of settings, decorations, furnishings and styles, Keope says, bringing a sense of extreme lightness and elegance to every space.
