Direct Tile Warehouse hosted special trade events at their Cardiff and Swansea showrooms, on 30th and 31st May respectively, as part of the company's 40th anniversary celebrations. Tilers, builders and plumbers from all over the South Wales area attended the events, which included demos from Tilemaster, Dural UK and The Bright Ideas.
Direct Tile Warehouse has been providing high quality affordable tiles since 1978. Many of the tilers present at the events had been longtime customers of Direct Tile Warehouse, so this was a significant celebration for this family-run business. Having weathered the 2008 recession, the company came back stronger with a website that now supplies tiles to the whole of the UK and beyond. Direct Tile Warehouse’s tiles are frequently sourced from Europe, so they are truly an international company with a base in South Wales.
Chris Williams, Manager of the Swansea branch, was delighted with the turnout for the events. “It’s been a wonderful opportunity to take stock of all that we’ve achieved over the last four decades We’re proud to be based in Swansea and to be able to maintain such strong relationships with our customers, local tilers and other professionals.”
