Cotto d’Este tiles specified for SAP’s new Hungarian offices

Tiles from Cotto d’Este have been chosen by SAP, the German multinational specialists in IT solutions, for the flooring of the new SAP Business Centre in Budapest, Hungary.  
The space, designed by the Vikár És Lukács Építészstúdió Kft Studio, used Argerot Sablé from the Cluny collection in a 600 by 1,200mm format.  This tile is 14mm thick: a distinctive trait of Cotto d’Este's floor tile portfolio.  
In fact, it is claimed to be the only brand on the market that offers this extra thick 14mm material; the firing of which takes twice as long as that required for standard 10mm thick stoneware tiles.  It also takes place at higher temperatures, achieving maximum strength and durability.
