The Cosentino Group has announced the launch of the 13th edition of the Cosentino Design Challenge. Open internationally, this competition encourages students to express their architectural talent and design creativity. With the support of 29 national and international schools, universities, and institutions, this initiative is a key component of Cosentino's educational commitment to the next generation of architects and designers.
With two categories, the design brief asks students to focus on the subject of Cosentino and energy, while the architecture category is centred around Cosentino and water. Students have complete freedom to research and create their final project, which must incorporate one or more Cosentino products, such as Silestone natural quartz, ultra-compact Dekton, or the Sensa range of natural protected stone.
Participants have until the 1st June 2019 to enter via the website (www.cosentinodesignchallenge.org). After the closing date the jury will decide on the winning projects. There are three winners for each category who will be presented €1,000 each, with three runners up receiving special mentions.
