Bluebay Building Products move forward with Intact iQ software from Blue Rock Systems

July 2021

Bluebay Building Products have placed an order for a 26-user Intact iQ system with Blue Rock Systems.

Bluebay is an independently-run company with a focused commitment to the highest standards of service. They have been established for over 17 years with a strong brand recognition.  Now boasting a network of four branches, Bluebay have a wide presence throughout the UK.

All of Bluebay’s stocked products are delivered directly to their customers, mainly via their own fleet of vehicles from their strategically positioned network of depots throughout the UK.

Bluebay were impressed with the ability of Intact iQ to offer a dedicated delivery scheduling service and electronic proof of delivery through its native app service Intact Access.

As national distributors of specialist building products, such as groundwork engineering, waterproofing, chemicals, sealants and joint fillers, and much more, Bluebay needed to move away from their existing Xeres system in order to support the company’s impressive growth in recent years.

Their main priority was to automate routine tasks to increase productivity, and also improve on their already enviable customer service levels.

“We have partnered with Blue Rock for many years now on the Xeres system, so the familiarity and continuity was very important to us.  This, combined with their experience in Intact iQ within the building supplies sector, will provide us with a fundamental progressive step as our business grows.  This made it the right move for Blue Bay,” comments Nigel Howell, Managing Director, Bluebay Building Products. “We all look forward to working with Blue Rock over the coming months to get the Intact iQ system working for us: we’re all looking forward to the benefits it will bring.”
