After months of development, Walls and Floors have launched their brand new Trade website, which is specifically tailored to the fast-paced needs of a tradesperson. The website promises to make buying tools, essentials and tiles quick and easy, while maintaining the high quality service that has allowed Walls and Floors to become a market leader across all sectors of the industry.

This is a strategic building block in our plans to offer tradespeople access to our fast efficient next day delivery service on most items. We expect to see this sector of our business grow rapidly over the next six months.”
The move comes as part of Walls and Floors’ strategy to focus on four key customer sectors: retail, trade, wholesale and specification. The company has a large online presence in the retail world, and is well respected in both the wholesale and specification markets, with a reputation built up over 30 years of trading. Now, in 2018, the company aims to strengthen its offering to tradespeople.
When tradespeople register for a new Trade account with Walls and Floors, they will receive a dedicated account manager, who will be on call Monday to Saturday for any last minute orders, or to offer help and advise in selecting tiles and the appropriate adhesives, grouts and tools for the job.
Trade account users will also receive access to exclusive trade discounts and exclusive bulk deals. From their online account, trade users can also compile the specific items needed for a job, which they can edit before sending the invoice directly to their customer.
With next day delivery available on orders placed before 5pm, free full size sample tiles, and a call and collect service from our range of stores, the new Trade offering is geared to make life easier for Tradespeople across mainland UK. Walls and Floors also offer a credit facility, should the trader wish to apply.
