Verona reveals its new trade portal for retail customers

After months of extensive development and user testing, the Verona Group has revealed its new online trade portal.

A new initiative from the tile and stone distributor, this online portal has been created to provide retail customers with instant access to their trade account, 24 hours, seven days a week.

The portal can be accessed from where retailers will have the option to log on to place orders, check stock availability and pricing. The new portal will provide real time updates to all customers and will supplement the company’s already well-established internal sales support team.

Independent retailers can easily register for a trade account in just a few simple steps and will benefit from the same pricing and offers as they would through the internal team.  
Marketing assets such as brochures, lifestyle images and sales support material will also be available to download.

Katy Harris, Marketing Director, says: “As an increasing number of independent retailers work outside traditional business hours, we felt it was vital to offer an online service that our customers can access at any time. Customers can check stock and place their orders day or night, knowing that their delivery will be processed and distributed as normal.”
