The coveted award was presented at the annual TTA Awards ceremony, which recognizes excellence and achievement throughout the industry. Glynn is described as “lifting a room wherever he walks” by colleagues and friends. The proud Northerner – who has an accent as broad as his smile – started his career as a lorry driver. In 2015, he left teaching and became the first employee of Tilemaster’s Technical Team; an operation that still exists today, and is flourishing.
