Kerridge Commercial Systems has acquired AGP, based in Veghel, the Netherlands.
UK headquartered KCS already provides software to 14,000 customers worldwide. The acquisition supports the company’s growth strategy and follows five other acquisitions in the last 24 months; two in USA, two in South Africa and two in UK.
AGP has been delivering wholesale ERP Solutions for more than 40 years, as well as solutions for hire, projects and the installation industry. The company’s suite of products make them a leader in the Wholesale ERP market in the Netherlands.
AGP will continue to maintain and support its existing solutions, this concerns the full suite of products including Trade, Rent, Projects and Installware. In time they will introduce new benefits to its customers from the KCS portfolio, such as advanced e-commerce and Cloud services along with an optional upgrade path to the established suite of KCS services and products.
Ian Bendelow, KCS Group CEO, said, “This further strengthens our presence on the European continent, expands our service capabilities and product offerings. As we further our platform for growth, AGP affirms and aligns with our on-going business strategy of focusing on the needs of merchants, wholesalers, retailers and distributors.”
Michiel Bakker, Director of Operations, KCS Benelux added: “Combining the two companies strengthens our offering of ERP Solutions and Cloud Services. The ERP solutions complement each other and they secure a place in the market from niche customers to large global enterprises.”
